PROCELL THERAPIES — 0-to-1 Mobile Experience

Problem
Procell Therapies practitioners loved the product, but buying and training were fragmented, no mobile experience existed at all, and new practitioners had no clear path to get started with the devices.

Iteration
Mapped the full practitioner journey end to end, onboarding, training, certification, device education, and repeat purchasing, before designing a single screen. Went through tight stakeholder feedback loops since this was building an entirely new product category for the brand, not just a redesign.

Solution
A mobile app that brought training and purchasing into one place, clear onboarding for new practitioners, fast reordering for existing ones, and a brand-aligned visual system extended from Procell's existing identity into a clean, modern mobile experience.

Outcome
Onboarding completion went up 25%. Subscription retention improved 18%. Product sales that used to be web-only shifted, with mobile picking up about 20% of that volume. The app launched in 2021 and is still active today, and remains a key touchpoint of the Procell brand.
